Poem: Lost

image

Where does the time go?
Slipping behind billowing clouds
Or lost beyond  bruised memories

image

Dragging when nuisance moments freeze
And flickering off–a wink of an eye
In yearnings of eons spent

image

Does it come back round?
Or float off
Into tomorrow
Lost
Never ours again.

  1. That last photo is nuts. Well. Because I used to live in a villiage with houses that had roofs like that. and would you know it, palm trees around it too. Geeze, took me back there for a minute and that i supose, was the nutty part. hehe love the poem and picture connection you have.
